Pineal Gland Activation/Stimulation
With your eyes closed, move your eyes from [...]
With your eyes closed, move your eyes from side to side, from one corner to the other for a minute or two.
After you stop this simple movement of the eyes, you will be able to feel the activation of the pineal gland.
With some practice and personal variation of this technique you can keep your pineal gland stimulated using just thought, projecting your thought to the corners of your eyes, side to side. This can be done with opened or closed eyes.
Awareness is greatly enhanced using this method. Also try with eyes closed resetting your eye movement with a circular motion, this worked well for me.
